Does anyone know the song in the ITV2 ad, for the winter drama ?

Does anyone know the song that is in the ITV2 ad, it’s for Gossip Girl, Vampire diaries and Secret diary of a call girl.
The song is really good but I don’t understand a word of the singing so I can’t find the song !
does anyone know the song that they use ?
